PROGRAM FAQ
How the NR4G program works
How is the NR4G training program structured?
The NR4G system is organized around technical foundations, progressive strength, and performance blocks designed to build confidence and output without sacrificing movement quality.
Do you coach technique as well as strength?
Yes. The program treats technical precision as the foundation of strength. Better positions, cleaner reps, and stronger habits create more reliable performance over time.
How much do classes cost?
A single class is $25, a 5-class package is $95, and a 10-class package is $170. Drop-ins outside of scheduled class times are $10.
Is NR4G only for competitive lifters?
No. NR4G supports athletes at multiple stages of development, from those learning the basics to lifters building toward competition-level execution.
